Cash plans are a way of offsetting employee expenses incurred on an annual basis, such as dental, optical and therapy costs. Typically, they’re seen as a more tangible employee benefit than medical insurance.
The process is very simple: the employee pays the initial invoice, and then claims money back via their cash plan membership. Plans are available on a company or employee-paid basis, and there is normally no underwriting required.
