This team of people will:

  • Answer your telephone calls within a maximum of 4 rings
  • Deal with the correspondence you send to us on the day it is received

In addition, our Executive staff will be available to our Corporate and Commercial clients on a 24-hour, seven-day basis in the event of an emergency.
