Training
Managing Safely
This course is aimed at those people within your organisation who manage workforce health and safety. It provides delegates with the knowledge they require to manage safely and effectively in line with your organisation's policy and best practice in Health and Safety.
The course is usually spread over 4 days, finishing with both written and practical assessments. The course is carried out at your business premises.
Risk Assessment
This course enables those responsible for undertaking risk assessments to become effective assessors. It provides an understanding of risk assessment techniques, identifying potential hazards and suitable risk control measures, risk analysis, and ranking and planning for continuous monitoring.
Auditing
A full audit of the health and safety management systems can be undertaken and will address areas such as:
- your organisational structure and responsibilities
- your risk assessment programme
- your training programme
- incident/accident management programme
Following the audit, a report will be compiled that will highlight any areas where your business systems and processes are falling short of the required standards, and a proposed plan of action will be provided.
